Our commitment to providing custom-made, artisanal furniture goes hand in hand with our dedication to deliver your product as cost effictive as possible. We only accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): You can make payments via electronic funds transfer directly to our bank account. EFT is a trusted method for larger purchases and can be done online or in person at your bank. All products are custom made on order from local informal artisans. A deposit of 60% is required, and once the product is ready to be courierd another 20%. The remaining 20% on delivery. Courier services can be arrange on your behalf of which payment has to be settled immediately alternatively the buyer can arrange for the products to be picked up.
DELIVERY
As soon as you purchase any product the delivery process begins! All deliveries will occur on weekdays during normal business hours (public holidays excluded). Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase: we aim for 10 Working days. How much is the delivery fee?we can arrange for individual delivery (more expensive) or bulk delivery given that we have order from the same region.. Will you deliver to my area? We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched. Returns Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
